Berry and yoghurt crumble

This berry and yoghurt crumble is definitely a must to try for breakfast. With delicious crumble topping and berries this yoghurt will be your new favorite breakfast. It is also actually quite healthy. You could also serve this as a healthy dessert.

The crumble topping is made with oats, coconut oil and maple syrup. And the berry mix is just a couple of handfuls of frozen mixed berries and maple syrup.

Berry and yoghurt crumble

3-4 servings
Ingredients
  • CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • 60 g oat flour
  • 40 g oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • BERRY MIX
  • A couple of handfuls of berries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Greek yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Crumble
  2. Melt the coconut oil on medium heat in a small pot.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients for the crumble and spread out on a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 170 degrees. You might need to turn the mix over once.
  5. Berry mix
  6. In a small pot add the berries and maple syrup. Heat until the mixture is hot.
  7. Leave the mixture to cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
  8. In a glass or bowl add the berry mix, some Greek yoghurt and top with the crumble topping.
