Healthy snacks with dates and almonds

Ingredients
  • 100g almonds
  • 8 dates
  • A few drops of almond essence
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cacao
  • Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor add the almonds and blend for a minute or two. Add the pitted dates, almond essence and raw cacao. Blend until it looks like a dough. Roll the dough into little balls and roll them in a bowl of shredded coconut.
