Healthy three-ingredient cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 50 g oats
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Mix it with the oats, raisins and an optional tsp of cinnamon.
  3. With a tbsp make 6 round cookies that you press down a little.
  4. Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Bake a little longer if you want them more cispy, but make sure the raisins don't get burnt.
