This white cream cheese pizza is absolutely delicious, with very few ingredients. If you have a pizza stone for your oven then that will make it even more delicious with a crispy crust.

Cream cheese pizza
Author: Trine Robstad

Makes four small or one large pizza
Ingredients
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Chorizo or pepperoni
  • Spinach
  • Cheese
  • DOUGH
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 ½ tsp (25 g) yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 ml flour
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the water and yeast. Let the yeast activate for a few minutes.
  2. Add the oil, flour and salt. Knead the dough for a few minutes.
  3. You might need to add some more flour if it is sticky.
  4. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with minced garlic.
  6. Spread the mix on the rolled out pizza dough.
  7. You can either make four small pizza’s or one large.
  8. Add some cheese of your choice, then add the meat and chopped spinach.
  9. This pizza will turn out extra crispy if you have a pizza stone to bake it on. If so, put the pizza stone in the lower part of the oven while it is still cold. Let it heat up with the oven to 270 degrees Celsius. When the oven is hot put the pizza in. It should bake for about 6 minutes.
  10. If you just want to use a regular baking tray. Then bake on 250 degrees Celsius in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes.
